How to become an instructor at Pride University?

An instructor will need to have experience and education in the area in which you would like to teach. The instructor would also need to have experience working with the LGBTQ community. The quarter is normally 10 weeks in length.  It is important that the course material be interesting and fun.

How much will I be paid to be an instructor at Pride University?

Pride University compensation plan is based on the number of students that register for the course. For additional information concerning the compensation plan please email info.prideuniversity@pridecenterflorida.org

Instructor Contract with Pride University

Prior to the semester starting ( 7 business days), instructors will need to read and sign a contract with Pride University committing to 10 weeks of classes, compensation plan, etc.  Please find Instructor Contract below.

Additional Information

What other documents am I required to submit?  The instructor is required to have each student fill out a Student Waiver and Student Evaluation.  These documents need to be submitted to the Pride Center.  The instructor is also required to fill out an IRS W-9 for income tax purposes.
