Will there be laundry service available?
There will be coin operated washers and dryers located within The Residences but not within the apartments.
Will I be able to move in with my pet?
The Residences will be pet friendly. Some restrictions may apply.
What are the qualifications to get an apartment?
Everyone living in The Residences must be over the age of 55. 100% of the apartments will be “Affordable” meaning that the maximum annual income per household is 60% of the AMI (average mean income) or around $35,000. 70% of the apartments must be occupied by individuals who are on some type of disability which will be verified annually. All residents must be independent or have the ability to live on their own.
If I have a car where will I park?
There will be designated parking for residents of The Residences located at the new entrance of The Residences and the Schubert Building.
How much will be the monthly rent?

How many apartments will there be?
There will be 48 apartments total. There will be 21 studio apartments, 21 one bedroom apartments and 6 two bedroom apartments.
How do I get my name on the list for The Residences at Equality Park?
There is no list. The application process will open up on June 15th, 2020 and will be open until June 26th, 2020. The application process will be handled by the management company for The Residences and we anticipate opening to be in August, 2020.
How big are the apartments?
Floor plans for the studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments will be posted in the near future.
